Orders come in through the website, get submitted into Hubspot, processed into our production system and folders get delivered through inXpress delivery network, who will hold delivery address information for accounting purposes.

Handle incoming queries
Incoming names and email addresses from contact forms on the website get submitted into Hubspot and our GDPR team deal with these queries on a 1 to 1 basis. Your details are used here for contacting you relating to your query.

We will transfer your data to another country, by using our website and services Hubspot servers reside in Germany, Ireland and United States.

We do not use automated decision making and profiling.

WHO CAN SEE IT

Our customer management system provider (Hubspot) will see information submitted into our website forms.

Our tracking and analytics providers (Google, Lead Forensics) will collect statistical information about your visit and journey through our website.

Our courier companies (Parcelforce, DHL, Royal Mail, TNT, InXpress, Fedex, UPS) will see address information to fulfil delivery of your orders.

Our livechat team (Moneypenny) will use your contact information to take messages out of hours and in the chat form on the website.

Our IT providers (Supportdesk, TandyUK Servers) may have access to our systems to provide support services.

Our email provider (Cloud.Market) provide our cloud email connectivity.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

We will retain your information in cases where you buy a service from us, for the life-cycle of using that service.
For web enquiries we hold data for up to 12 months, or until you request us to remove it.

In special circumstances such as ongoing legal proceedings we may be required to retain your data until proceedings allow us to remove your data.

All data in our GDPR compliance framework is anonymised and untraceable from organisation to organisation.

All data stored in our databases are pseudonymised in storage and transit, data on our website channels are encrypted in transit using HTTPS.

All data you provide is kept secure and any staff or contractors that handle this data have a commitment and the necessary training to keep it private and secure.

We have a number of policies and procedures in place to ensure that data is handled correctly, kept secure and we have implemented the necessary technical controls to support these.
