The General Data Protection Regulation is coming into force in May 2018. This is a significant change to the law that requires all organisations to take action. It will be necessary not only to comply, but to document and demonstrate compliance, which in most cases requires early action. Violations may attract large fines of up to 4% of your revenue.
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) comes into effect on 25th May 2018 and the consequences for not being compliant are very serious indeed.
