We are actively seeking Vendors that have solutions that can assist with achieving and maintaining GDPR compliance. These are typically, but not limited to Software Solutions, Hardware Solutions, SaaS Solutions and Technical Security Services and include Encryption, Identity and Access Management, Security Event Management, Anti-Virus and Permissions Management among others.

In assisting our clients with achieving and maintaining GDPR Compliance, there are often times where 3rd-party products and expert services are required to address specific non-conformities. We aim to provide a comprehensive service, so rather than simply highlighting issues to the client that need to be resolved without suggesting a solution or remediation, we instead recommend pre-approved and vetted 3rd parties who can provide the required services and solutions to meet the client’s requirements.

How it works

On identifying a nonconformity that can be resolved by your solution we will provide our client with your details.  We will NEVER pass our client’s details to you and it will be for the client to decide if they wish to engage with you.

As well as being scrutinised/vetted, successful Vendors must conform to the following ethical code of practice

  • No Hard Sales Tactics – If a client declines your services and you persist you will be released with immediate effect.
  • Ethical Pricing – As the GDPR deadline looms closer it is expected that prices will rise exponentially.  We require Vendors to commit to an agreed pricing model.
  • Represent good value for money – Your prices should be reviewed and in line with the industry .
  • Act transparently – All proposed solutions must be signed off by GDPR123.
  • Terms and Conditions – No long contracts, no leases, no unreasonable break clauses.
  • You must be GDPR compliant to our standard or workings – You must comply fully with Article 28 of GDPR 2016/679.
  • Carry a certain level of Indemnity Cover as a minimum – This varies from one Vendor to another.

We are actively seeking 3rd-party Professional Services that can assist with achieving and maintaining GDPR Compliance. These are typically, but not limited to Legal Services (Both Human Resources and Commercial Contract Law), Risk Assessment/GDRP Auditing, and Risk Transfer (eg. Cyber Insurance) Services.

Many organisations are either unaware that GDPR is coming, or do not have the information to make an informed decision as to how to approach compliance. With only a small fraction of organisations being GDPR compliant to date and the deadline only months away we need Partners to speak to their clients and promote our services. Reseller / Channel Partners are typically, but not limited to IT Companies, Cyber Security Resellers, MSSPs, Trade Associations, Insurance Brokers, Vendors of Security Solutions and Payment Providers.
